Our warranty does not cover the following types of damages:

Damages caused by mishandling by airline luggage handlers or other travel operators, such as:

• Rips
• Scratches
• Dents
• Cracks
• Broken or sheared-off wheels or components
• Bent trolley handles

General use or wear and tear, including but not limited to:

• Fading of colour
• Loose threads or stitching
• Worn out handles or straps
• Stretching or shrinking of the material

Neglect, including but not limited to:

• Failure to properly clean or maintain the product
• Failure to properly store the product

Accidents, including but not limited to:

• Dropping the product
• Running over the product with a vehicle

Abrasions, including but not limited to:

• Scuffs
• Scratches
• Fraying

Exposure to extreme temperatures, including but not limited to:

• Exposure to high temperatures that may cause warping or melting of the material
• Exposure to low temperatures that may cause cracking or breaking of the material

Damage caused by exposure to water, beauty products, chemicals, solvents or acids, including but not limited to:

• Stains
• Discoloration
• Damage to zippers or hardware

Damage to any contents in transit, such as cameras, media equipment, bottles, etc. Deliberate damage and mis-use, including but not limited to:

• Cutting or tearing of the material
• Engraving or painting on the product

Matching products, or items purchased as a set where a matching product is not damaged.

Combination lock issues caused by the incorrect setting of the lock, if you use the lock incorrectly, or if it has been forced open.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list and the warranty also does not cover other damages that may be similar to the above mentioned.

Product Intended Use: Our products are designed and intended for specific purposes, as described in their product documentation and user instructions. Misuse of the product or its use for purposes other than those specified is discouraged and may result in unintended consequences.

Voiding of Warranty: Any misuse or use of the product not in accordance with its intended purpose may void any applicable warranties, as the product may become subject to wear and tear or damage that is not covered under warranty.

Liability: We cannot be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the misuse of our products or their use for unintended purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring that the product is used in a safe and appropriate manner.

Product Safety: User safety is of utmost importance to us. We encourage all users to follow product instructions, safety guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations when using our products.

Resale and Redistribution: Our products are intended for personal use or use within specified environments. Any resale or redistribution of our products without prior authorization may result in legal action.

Reporting Misuse: If you suspect or become aware of the misuse of our products, please report it to us promptly. We take such matters seriously and will investigate them accordingly.

Compliance: Users are expected to comply with these terms and conditions and any additional guidelines or instructions provided with the product.
