4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item is damaged upon arrival or has a manufacturing fault:

  • Cost: We provide a Free Return for defective products.

  • Process: Contact us at support@aeroliteluggage.co.uk with photos of the fault. We will provide a pre-paid return label or arrange a collection.

  • Resolution: You will receive a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

5. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you have changed your mind about your purchase:

  • Cost: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a recorded/tracked delivery service.
